DIFRAGIROVANNOE PEREKhODNOE IZLUChENIE RELYaTIVISTSKOGO ELEKTRONA V ISKUSSTVENNOI PERIODIChESKOI STRUKTURE

Postupila v redaktsiyu 30.09.2011 g.

Postroena teoriya kogerentnogo rentgenovskogo izlucheniya relyativistskogo elektrona, peresekayushchego iskusstvennuyu periodicheskuyu sredu v geometrii rasseyaniya Laue. Polucheny i issledovany vyrazheniya, opisyvayushchie spektral'no-uglovye kharakteristiki izlucheniya v napravlenii rasseyaniya Bregga. Izluchenie rassmatrivaetsya po analogii s izlucheniem v kristallicheskoi srede kak rezul'tat kogerentnogo slozheniya vkladov dvukh mekhanizmov izlucheniya – parametricheskogo rentgenovskogo (PRI) i difragirovannogo perekhodnogo (DPI). Pokazano, chto vykhod DPI iz sloistoi misheni mozhet bolee chem na poryadok prevyshat' vykhod izlucheniya chastitsy v monokristallicheskom radiatore v analogichnykh usloviyakh.
