Uglerodnaya nanotrubka modeliruetsya v vide tsilindricheskogo sloya s zadannoi dielektricheskoi funktsiei, uchityvayushchei vremennuyu dispersiyu sredy. Provedeno kvantovanie sobstvennykh elektricheskikh kolebanii elektronnoi podsistemy uglerodnoi nanotrubki. Rasschityvaetsya polyarizatsionnyi potentsial, voznikayushchii pri dvizhenii zaryazhennoi chastitsy vblizi uglerodnoi nanotrubki, i poteri energii na vozbuzhdenie poverkhnostnykh plazmonov.
