OTsENKA RADIATsIONNOGO VOZDEISTVIYa NA TsENOPOPULYaTsII ZVEZDChATKI ZLAKOVOI V ZONE VOSTOChNO-URAL'SKOGO RADIOAKTIVNOGO SLEDA

Izucheno semennoe potomstvo zvezdchatki zlakovoi, proizrastayushchei v zone Vostochno-Ural'skogo radioaktivnogo sleda (VURSa) i na fonovykh territoriyakh. Dozovye nagruzki na rasteniya v zone VURSa na 3 poryadka velichin vyshe fonovykh znachenii. Ustanovlena vysokaya mezhgodovaya izmenchivost' zhiznesposobnosti semyan i ikh ustoichivosti k dopolnitel'nomu ostromu oblucheniyu, prichem ne vyyavleno opredelennoi svyazi pokazatelei s urovnem radioaktivnogo zagryazneniya mest obitaniya. Sushchestvennym istochnikom variabel'nosti zhiznesposobnosti semennogo potomstva yavlyayutsya pogodnye usloviya, no znachimoe vliyanie temperatury i osadkov vyyavleno tol'ko dlya tsenopopulyatsii VURSa. Ustanovleno, chto dolya prorostkov s morfozami v vyborkakh VURSa povyshena, vyyavleniyu skrytykh narushenii sposobstvovalo dopolnitel'noe obluchenie. Pokazana otritsatel'naya korrelyatsiya mezhdu vyzhivaemost'yu prorostkov i soderzhaniem v nikh nizkomolekulyarnykh antioksidantov na vsekh uchastkakh. Vpervye issledovana allozimnaya struktura tsenopopulyatsii zvezdchatki. Otmechen napravlennyi sdvig chastot allelei po lokusam Pgi-2 i Fdh v vyborkakh VURSa.
