S ispol'zovaniem dannykh nyryayushchikh buev Argo za 2005–2007 gg. polucheny otsenki srednikh, dispersii i trekhmernykh prostranstvennykh kovariatsii anomalii temperatury i solenosti vody v verkhnem 1400-metrovom sloe okeana. Rezul'taty obrabotki dannykh svidetel'stvuyut o prodolzhayushchemsya v nastoyashchee vremya obshchem poteplenii vod okeana, otmechavshemsya v ryade rabot na osnove dannykh za predshestvuyushchie gody. Eto poteplenie kharakterizuetsya vyrazhennoi geograficheskoi i vertikal'noi neodnorodnost'yu, no, v tselom, sil'nee vsego vyrazheno v verkhnem 100-metrovom sloe, kak v tropicheskoi zone, tak i v srednikh shirotakh. Unikal'nye kharakteristiki nablyudatel'noi sistemy Argo pozvolili vpervye poluchit' otsenki prostranstvennykh statistik nedostupnogo ranee dlya takogo analiza polya solenosti. Pokazano, v chastnosti, chto za isklyucheniem pripoverkhnostnogo sloya, prostranstvennaya struktura anomalii polya solenosti analogichna takovoi dlya polya temperatury.
