Iz intensivnostei ionnykh tokov Al+, О+, AlO+, Al2О+ i Al2О , WO i WO izmerennykh mass-spektral'nym metodom pri isparenii Al2O3 iz vol'framovoi effuzionnoi yacheiki v temperaturnom intervale 23002600 K, rasschitany partsial'nye davleniya Al, O, AlO, Al2О, Al2O2, WO2 i WO3. Kalibrovka mass-spektrometra provedena po izmereniyu konstanty ravnovesiya reaktsii WO3(gaz) = WO2(gaz) + O(gaz). V raschetakh partsial'nykh davlenii ispol'zovany utochnennye znacheniya sechenii ionizatsii AlO i Al2O2. Opredeleny energii atomizatsii suboksidov alyuminiya atH° (AlO, gaz, 0)= 510.7 ± 3.3, atH° (Al2О, gaz, 0) = 1067.2 ± 6.9 i atH° (Al2O2, gaz, 0)= 1556.7 ± 9.9 kDzh mol'–1 .
