VLIYaNIE DELETsII GENA H+-TRANSPORTIRUYuShchEI NAD/NADP-TRANSGIDROGENAZY NA PRODOLZhITEL'NOST' ZhIZNI NEMATOD I MLEKOPITAYuShchIKh

Mitokhondrial'naya transgidrogenaza kataliziruet reaktsiyu: H+out    + NADP+ + NADH = NAD+ + NADPH + H+in    Podderzhanie pula NADPH uvelichivaet antioksidantnyi potentsial mitokhondrii. Poetomu, v sootvetstvii s klassicheskoi svobodnoradikal'noi teoriei stareniya, deletsiya gena transgidrogenazy dolzhna privodit' k sokrashcheniyu prodolzhitel'nosti zhizni. Pokazano, chto, vopreki etomu, prodolzhitel'nost' zhizni nul'-mutantnykh po genu transgidrogenazy nematod Caenorhabditis ele-gans ne izmenyaetsya v sravnenii s zhivotnymi dikogo tipa, chto ukazyvaet na razobshchenie u etikh organizmov svobodnoradikal'nogo povrezhdeniya mitokhondrii i stareniya. Krome togo, meta-analiz dannykh po prodolzhitel'nosti zhizni myshei so spontannoi mutatsiei gena transgidrogenazy ukazyvaet na to, chto otsutstvie etogo fermenta ne uskoryaet starenie takzhe i u mlekopitayushchikh. Tkan'yu s naivysshim urovnem produktsii transgidrogenazy yavlyaetsya serdtse, poetomu vpolne veroyatno, chto transgidrogenaza mozhet okazyvat' polozhitel'noe vliyanie na uroven' antioksidantnoi zashchity kardiomiotsitov pri okislitel'nom stresse.
