ISSLEDOVANIE MEKhANIZMOV VZAIMODEISTVIYa DNK I NANOChASTITs FERRITA KOBAL'TA METODOM IK-FUR'E-SPEKTROMETRII A. G. Pershina, A. E. Sazonov, L. M. Klyuchevye slova: nanochastitsy, ferrit kobal'ta, DNK, vzaimodeistvie, IK-Fur'e-spektrometriya.Issledovano vzaimodeistvie nanochastits poroshka ferrita kobal'ta, poluchennogo metodom mekhanokhimicheskogo sinteza, i molekul DNK. Pokazano, chto nanochastitsy CoFe2O4 effektivno svyazyvayut DNK v vodnoi srede (Tris-HCl), chto privodit k formirovaniyu bionanokompozita. Ustanovleno, chto adsorbtsionnaya emkost' nanochastits СoFe2O4 otnositel'no DNK sostavila 5.25 × 10–3 mol'/m2. Proveden analiz desorbtsii DNK s poverkhnosti chastits pri izmenenii rN, ionnoi sily i khimicheskogo sostava sredy. Bionanokompozit DNKSoFe2O4 issledovan metodom IK-Fur'e-spektrometrii. Na osnovanii sovokupnosti poluchennykh dannykh rassmotren mekhanizm vzaimodeistviya polinukleotida s nanochastitsami CoFe2O4. Vydvinuto predpolozhenie, chto svyazyvanie osushchestvlyaetsya za schet koordinatsionnykh vzaimodeistvii fosfatnykh grupp sakharofosfatnogo ostova i osnovanii DNK (kislorodnykh atomov timina i guanina) s ionami metalla na poverkhnosti chastits. Analiz IK-spektra pokazal, chto svyazyvanie mozhet privodit' k chastichnoi destabilizatsii struktury DNK, no polinukleotid sokhranyaet V-konformatsiyu.
