FILOGENETIChESKIE SVYaZI SAKhALINSKOGO TAIMENYa Parahucho perryi PO DANNYM PCR-RFLP-ANALIZA MITOKhONDRIAL'NOI DNK A. G. Oleinik, L. A. Skurikhina Institut biologii morya im. A.V. Zhirmunskogo Dal'nevostochnogo otdeleniya Rossiiskoi akademii nauk, Vladivostok 690041 Postupila v redaktsiyu 26.09.2007 g.
Proveden RFLP-analiz trekh amplifitsirovannykh fragmentov mtDNK (Cytb/D-loop, ND1/ND2, ND3/ND4L/ND4) sleduyushchikh taksonov: Parahucho perryi, Hucho taimen, Brachymystax lenok, B. tumensis, Salmo salar, Salvelinus leucomaenis, S. levanidovi. Pokazano znachitel'noe snizhenie pokazatelei gaplotipicheskogo i nukleotidnogo raznoobraziya mtDNK P. perryi v rezul'tate deistviya sluchainogo dreifa genov vsledstvie sokrashcheniya velichiny effektivnoi chislennosti populyatsii. Opredeleny otsenki divergentsii nukleotidnykh posledovatel'nostei mezhdu gaplotipami mtDNK. Sakhalinskii taimen' P. perryi primerno v odinakovoi stepeni divergiroval ot S. salar i gol'tsov roda Salvelinus na 11.0 i 10.0% sootvetstvenno. Divergentsiya mezhdu P. perryi i H. taimen sostavila 14.6%, mezhdu P. perryi i lenkami roda Brachymystax 14.2%, mezhdu H. taimen i Brachymystax 7.7%. Proveden analiz veroyatnykh filogeneticheskikh svyazei mtDNK P. perryi v gruppe predstavlennykh taksonov i podtverzhdaetsya validnost' roda Parahucho. Rezul'taty filogeneticheskikh rekonstruktsii svidetel'stvuyut, chto derev'ya, postroennye dlya ob"edinennogo po trem fragmentam mtDNK kompleksa filogeneticheski informativnykh priznakov, okazalis' namnogo ustoichivee derev'ev, postroennykh dlya individual'nykh genov.
