MORFOGENEZ MUZhSKOGO KOPULYaTIVNOGO APPARATA I FORMIROVANIE STILETA U SOBOLEVICANTHUS GRACILIS (CESTODA, HYMENOLEPIDIDAE) Zh. V. Korneva Institut biologii vnutrennikh vod RAN, Borok Yaroslavskoi obl. 152742, Rossiya Postupila v redaktsiyu 02.06.2005 g.
U predstavitelya tsiklofillidnykh tsestod Sobolevicanthus gracilis formirovanie bursy tsirrusa proiskhodit iz dvukhsloinogo polovogo zachatka. Vnutrennii sloi zachatka obrazuet epitelial'nye stenki polovykh protokov putem raskhozhdeniya malodifferentsirovannykh kletok. Yadra epitelial'nykh kletok v protsesse morfogeneza pogruzhayutsya v glub' bursy tsirrusa. Vneshnii sloi zachatka sostoit iz rano differentsiruyushchikhsya myshechnykh kletok, kotorye formiruyut v burse tolstye soedinitel'notkannye plastinki i sloi myshechnykh volokon. Stilet i okruzhayushchii ego futlyar yavlyayutsya derivatami myshechnykh kletok. Ustanovleno, chto u S. gracilis poetapno obrazuetsya slozhnaya triedinaya epitelial'no-myshechno-zhelezistaya struktura, funktsioniruyushchaya kak futlyar stileta i predstatel'naya zheleza odnovremenno. Obsuzhdaetsya rol' gladko-myshechnykh kletok v differentsirovke raznoobraznykh gistologicheskikh struktur, osoboe vnimanie udelyaetsya sposobam formirovaniya tverdykh kopulyativnykh obrazovanii u ploskikh chervei.
