Key words: nanoconstructions, liquid-crystalline dispersions, polymeric chelate nanobridges, circular dichroism.

The properties of nanoconstructions formed on the basis of double-stranded DNA molecules fixed within the cholesteric structure of particles of their liquid-crystalline dispersions and cross-linked through polymeric [DauCu2+Dau] nanobridges were studied. The dependence of the optical properties of these constructions on different factors (concentrations of DNA, components, nanobridges, etc.) was studied.
