User access rights to the information and system features are determined upon entry into the system according to the user’s identification parameters (see section “User Features”). A correct login and password are required to be authorized as a registered user. In addition, for certain types of users, their IP addresses are checked whether they fall in the valid IP address range. All unregistered users and users who did not undergo authorization are considered guests.

All users automatically accept the agreement containing the Conditions of System Use. Storing and using any information about the user is strictly regulated by the Confidentiality Policy. Access to sections containing confidential and commercial information is takes place via HTTPS protocol.
