! The registration in the system is free.
The registration procedure for users, who register in the system individually on their own
or as users on an institutional subscription, is divided into two stages. Such division enables to receive correct
data from the user and to enhance security in the information communication process.
The user registration is conducted only by an authorized official, who has the collective
administrator status.
