3.1. The first stage of registration

At the first stage you indicate your brief personal data, contact e-mail address and specify, whether you act on your own behalf or as user on an institutional subscription (Fig. 3 [1]). In addition you should select a preferable language (Russian or English) to receive messages and notifications to be forwarded to you by e-mail. All fields must be filled out.

The system will verify the data entered and will propose to study and to accept the User Agreement that specifies requirements and rules of operations in the system. The registration procedure will be initialized only after you confirm that you agree with the terms and conditions stipulated in the proposed agreement.

The result of the first stage is that you receive a message with UID (unique identification) and further guidance.
